Strength + Conditioning Services
Intake + Evaluation
Before beginning any training at The LAB, every athlete is required to complete our comprehensive Intake and Evaluation process. This one-time experience gives us a full picture of your background — including training history, injury history, goals, and movement patterns — so we can build a personalized plan that sets you up for success.
All athletes must complete the Intake Questionnaire prior to arriving for their scheduled evaluation appointment. This ensures our team can prepare in advance and make the most of your time during the in-person assessment.
To track your progress and make sure our approach evolves with you, re-evaluations will be built into your training journey. These checkpoints allow us to measure improvement, adjust your programming as needed, and keep you moving toward your goals with purpose and clarity.

Once your Intake and Evaluation are complete, our team uses that information to build a personalized training program designed to get you exactly where you want to go. We take your goals, movement profile, training history, and current performance into account to create a plan that meets you where you are and challenges you to grow.
From there, you’ll have the option to choose from a variety of training packages or memberships that best fit your needs and schedule. Whether you're looking for 1-on-1 training, small group sessions, sport-specific development, or general performance work, we’ll match you with the right coach and the right plan to help you thrive.
1-1 Training

Our 1-on-1 training is built for athletes who want focused attention, customized programming, and consistent accountability. Each session is tailored specifically to your needs, based on your intake and evaluation results, sport demands, and performance goals.
You’ll work directly with a LAB coach to refine movement, correct imbalances, build strength, and accelerate your progress. This format allows for deeper coaching, real-time feedback, and faster adaptations as your performance evolves.
