This program is designed to build strength, endurance, and resilience specific to firefighting while reducing injury risk and improving long-term performance.

Hose drags, ladder carries, stair climbs, equipment carries, forcible entry, and crawling movement that directly translate to the job.

What Makes It Different

Individualized training based on movement assessment (FSP), built around firefighter-specific patterns, with a focus on strength, mobility, and performance under stress.

Performance Testing

VO2 max testing removes guesswork by identifying thresholds and energy usage. Program members receive 50% off testing. VO2 Max Testing: $150 (Member Rate: $75). Additional testing includes lactate threshold and resting metabolic rate.
