Where Power Meets Precision

The Lab’s football program is designed for athletes who want to dominate their position—with speed, strength, and football IQ. Built by former college and professional players, our training goes beyond the weight room. We focus on position-specific movement, explosive power, mental toughness, and injury prevention to prepare athletes for every down, every season.

Whether you’re chasing varsity playing time, preparing for college, or building your off-season edge—every session is tailored, competitive, and built to raise your ceiling.

Our Coaching Philosophy

At The Lab, we don’t just build football players—we build complete athletes. Our philosophy blends on-field skill work with performance science to develop speed, strength, reaction time, and mindset in equal measure.

We emphasize accountability, discipline, and detail—teaching athletes how to move with power and purpose at every position. From O-line footwork to DB hip mobility, from tackling mechanics to mental reset routines—we prepare athletes to perform, adapt, and lead under pressure.

This program is for those who want more than reps. It’s for athletes who want to set the tone, not just respond to it. If you’re serious about being a difference-maker on the field, this is where your edge is built.

Born in Biloxi, Mississippi and raised in the Lacey area, Kelle grew up playing every position on the football field—giving him a well-rounded understanding of the game from the inside out. He went on to play college football as an outside linebacker and defensive end, spending two years at the junior college level before transferring to the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), where he competed at the Division I level for three seasons.

Kelle’s passion and talent for the game led to two years of professional football experience, including time with the Baltimore Ravens in the NFL and the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in the Canadian Football League (CFL). He now brings that elite-level knowledge, discipline, and competitive mindset into his role as a performance trainer—mentoring athletes to move better, play smarter, and prepare for the next level.
