The Athlete’s Journey at The LAB

Before we train- we assess.
We look at movement, mindset, goals, habits, and lifestyle.
We review sleep, nutrition, recovery, stress, daily habits, performance patterns, deficiencies and limitations, goals, past injuries, current and upcoming schedules, and more.

Then we test.
We evaluate movement screens, mobility checks, strength, speed, power, and sport-specific demands. You’ll know where you’re at- and exactly how to get to where you want to go.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all program.
Your plan is custom-built- informed by real-metrics, real goals, and the real-world demands of the next level.
4. Recovery + Rehab
